This Privacy Policy explains what information QOQO Productions LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective date: September 26, 2026.
Who We Are
This Privacy Policy is issued by QOQO Productions LLC (“QOQO Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a photo booth rental company serving Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and surrounding South Florida areas. It applies to qoqoproductions.com and to the information we collect through our Request a Quote and Contact forms.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you use our Request a Quote form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, event location, estimated guest count, and anything you choose to tell us in the optional notes field. If you check the box to receive marketing emails, we also record that opt-in. When you use our Contact form, we collect: your name, email address, the reason you selected for contacting us, and your message.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors reach our forms. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers on your device as part of this measurement, and processes this website-usage information on our behalf, subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices. This is standard analytics data about site usage, collected using the minimum reasonable scope needed for that purpose; we do not use this data for advertising or remarketing at this time.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your quote request or message and provide the information you asked for.
- To manage a booked event, including transactional communications — booking confirmations, balance-due reminders, event-day details, rescheduling/cancellation communications, and gallery-ready notifications. These service-related communications may be sent by email or another contact method you provide; they are separate from optional marketing messages.
- To send marketing emails about promotions, availability, and event ideas, only if you separately opt in using the checkbox on the Request a Quote form; you can unsubscribe at any time, and this is never required to request a quote or book an event.
- To understand and improve how our website performs, using aggregate analytics data.
Email Communications
If you book an event with us, we’ll send transactional messages related to your booking — these are not marketing and don’t require a separate opt-in. If you’d also like occasional promotional emails, you can opt in separately using this exact language: “Yes, I’d like to receive occasional emails from QOQO Productions about promotions, availability, and event ideas. I can unsubscribe at any time. This is not required to request a quote or book an event.” We do not currently send marketing text messages (SMS); if that changes in the future, it will require its own separate opt-in.
Photos and Marketing Use
QOQO Productions retains ownership of the event photographs we take. If you book an event with us, you’ll receive a personal-use license to print, share, and keep your photos — but using your (or your guests’) photos in our own marketing, website, portfolio, or social media requires your separate, explicit opt-in. It is never assumed just because you used our photo booth. If any identifiable minor appears in a photo we’d like to use for marketing, we require a separate opt-in from that minor’s parent or guardian, in addition to the general marketing opt-in.
Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure site usage in aggregate. Our site may use cookies or similar identifiers for analytics and measurement purposes, and Google Analytics processes website-usage information as described above.
Who We Share Information With
- Hosting: our website is hosted through Hostinger.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) processes site-usage data on our behalf.
- Gallery delivery: if you book an event, we may use an online gallery, file hosting, or other electronic delivery provider designated by QOQO Productions to make event photos available.
- We may also work with other service providers who help us operate our business — for example, payment processing, customer communications, or booking-management tools — as those are selected. These are our currently known service providers; this list will be updated through normal change control as our vendors change, and using a new provider in a similar category does not require rewriting this policy from scratch.
QOQO Productions does not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. If we experience a data security incident affecting your personal information, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Data Retention
QOQO Productions retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Your Choices
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
- You can ask us a question about this policy, or about your information, using our Contact form.
- QOQO Productions will honor privacy rights required under applicable law. Specific rights vary depending on where you live; if you have questions about your rights, please contact us using our Contact form.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website forms. When minors are photographed at an event we service, any use of their photos in our marketing requires separate parent/guardian consent, as described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
