Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern bookings made with QOQO Productions LLC. Effective date: September 26, 2026.
Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service, together with your signed Booking Agreement, govern your booking with QOQO Productions LLC (“QOQO Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a booking request or paying a retainer, you agree to these terms.
Our Service
Our standard offering is the 3-Hour Mirror Photo Booth Package: 3 hours of booth operation with an on-site attendant, at a flat price of $1,000. Setup and teardown time is separate from your 3 hours of operation. Event photos will generally be made available within 3–5 business days following the event through a secure online gallery, download link, or other electronic delivery method designated by QOQO Productions.
Payment Terms
- A 50% retainer of the total contracted amount is due at booking and is credited toward your total price. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received.
- The remaining 50% balance is due 14 calendar days before your event date. We do not proceed with an event on an unpaid balance unless we explicitly approve an exception.
- Travel within our core service area — Miami-Dade County and Broward County — is included in your total price; no separate travel fee applies there. For events in surrounding South Florida areas outside that core area, travel availability is determined case-by-case — contact us with your event location and we’ll let you know if travel is available.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you cancel your event: your 50% retainer is non-refundable once your booking is accepted and your date is reserved.
- If you need to reschedule: you may reschedule one time, transferring your existing retainer to a new date, if we receive written notice at least 30 calendar days before your original event date, subject to our availability. A second reschedule requires a new 50% retainer. A reschedule request received less than 30 days before your event is normally treated as a cancellation unless we expressly approve an exception in writing.
- If you cancel after paying your final balance: all amounts you’ve paid (retainer plus balance) are non-refundable, subject to any legally required exception or a written exception we approve.
- If QOQO Productions is unable to perform for a reason within our control (and it isn’t a weather/force-majeure event, see below), you are entitled to a 100% refund of everything you’ve paid. As an alternative, if you prefer and we mutually agree on a new available date, everything you’ve paid can instead transfer to the rescheduled event at no additional charge — rescheduling in this situation is optional and mutually agreed, not a guarantee we can always offer. This refund (or mutually agreed reschedule) is our sole remedy for this situation, and, to the extent legally enforceable, we disclaim indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages arising from it.
- Force majeure / severe weather: if a hurricane/tropical-storm warning covers your event area, a mandatory evacuation order affects your event or venue, a government emergency order or venue closure prevents your event, or another comparable event outside both parties’ control materially prevents performance, you’re entitled to the same 100% refund or mutually-agreed-reschedule remedy described above. A hurricane/tropical-storm watch alone does not trigger this remedy — it triggers monitoring and communication between us only, unless conditions escalate (venue closure, evacuation order, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or mutual agreement not to proceed).
Equipment Care & Damage
You’re responsible for damage, loss, misuse, unauthorized movement, tampering, or destruction of our equipment caused by you, your guests, venue personnel, or others associated with your event. Ordinary wear and equipment malfunction are not chargeable to you. If chargeable damage occurs, we’ll document it and determine repair or replacement cost through a documented process — no fixed damage fee is set in advance. We may discontinue operation at your event if continued use would create a safety risk or a reasonable risk of further equipment damage.
Overtime
Additional time beyond your contracted hours may be available at $150 per hour, billed at $75 per 30-minute increment for partial hours, subject to staff and equipment availability. Overtime must be authorized by you or an authorized event contact, does not automatically extend your contracted event time, and is documented in your event record.
Venue, Access & Weather
- Indoor operation is acceptable. Covered outdoor operation is acceptable only when our booth is protected by a suitable weatherproof structure (a properly installed tent, pavilion, or equivalent). Uncovered outdoor operation is not allowed.
- We retain final authority to refuse, relocate, pause, or discontinue operation if weather, moisture, wind, direct sun, electrical exposure, unstable ground, or other conditions create a safety risk or a reasonable risk of equipment damage — your acknowledgment of this policy doesn’t override our judgment or require us to operate in unsafe conditions.
- Your venue must reasonably support transport of a heavy mirror booth. Ground-level or elevator-served access is strongly preferred; stairs-only access is not automatically acceptable. If your venue has significant stairs, long carry distances, difficult loading, or restricted freight access, you must disclose this before booking so we can approve the logistics.
Photos & Marketing Use
- QOQO Productions retains copyright/ownership of the event photographs we take. You receive a broad personal-use license — print, share, post to your own social media, and keep your photos indefinitely — but you do not own the underlying copyright.
- Using your (or your guests’) photos in our own advertising, website, portfolio, or social media requires your separate, explicit opt-in. It is never assumed just because you booked our service.
- If any identifiable minor appears in a photo we’d like to use for marketing, we require a separate opt-in from that minor’s parent or guardian, in addition to the general marketing opt-in.
Electronic Signatures
Your Booking Agreement is designed to support execution by electronic signature, and includes your name/signature/date, our authorized representative’s name/signature/date, event identification, and your acknowledgment that you’ve reviewed and agree to the contract terms.
